Number porting is a relatively straightforward process. All we need to know is the number you want to port. Your existing service provider cannot stop you. You do not even have to notify them. But you will need to settle any outstanding bills.

The porting process usually takes around 10 working days if all the information you provide is correct. It can take longer where the number has previously been ported. The actual changeover happens in an instant and there is no loss of service.
