Notes and Restrictions For all local Geographical numbers, a local address is required in the city corresponding to the geographical zone of requested number. The address will be substantiated by an objective document showing a link between user and address.

Freephone numbers - A German address (or linked legal entity) is required, as well as a NRA Certificate. Procedure is as follows:
An allocation letter (with a secret code) for ITFS number issued by BNetZA is requested. Info available here for applying online or offline here:

Once the applicant receives the 0800 allocated from BNetZa they need to send the allocation document (that has secret code) to Callagenix to complete the build.
